Inovon Seller Membership – Terms and Conditions Effective Date: [05/05/2025] Welcome to Inovon! By purchasing a seller membership on our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. Eligibility *To become a seller on Inovon, you must: *Be at least 18 years of age. *Provide accurate and complete registration information. *Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws. 2. Membership Fee * The seller membership involves a **one-time, non-refundable payment of ₹299**. * This fee grants you access to seller features and tools on the Inovon platform. * The fee does **not** include any commission or transaction charges that may apply to product sales. 3. Membership Duration * The membership is valid until further notice, with no expiry, unless Inovon discontinues the seller platform or your account is terminated for breach of these Terms. 4. No Refund Policy All payments made for the seller membership are **final and non-refundable**, regardless of usage, inactivity, or account termination. **By purchasing the membership, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.** 5. Seller Obligations As a member seller, you agree to: * List only genuine, lawful, and original products. * Fulfill orders promptly and professionally. * Maintain accurate product information and pricing. * Provide excellent customer service to buyers. * Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activity. 6. Account Termination Inovon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your seller account if: * You violate these Terms and Conditions. * You engage in fraudulent or abusive practices. * You breach applicable laws or regulations. No refund will be provided in the case of account termination 7. Platform Rights * Inovon may modify, suspend, or discontinue the seller platform or any features at its discretion. * We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 8. Limitation of Liability Inovon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee sales or success through membership. 9.
